Returns & Refund Policy

At The Secret Archive, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition
• With all tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Free from stains, perfume, makeup, damage, or signs of wear

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 2–4 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Non-returnable items:

• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or used
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale or discounted items
• Items returned after 14 days
• Items with perfume, makeup, stains, or signs of wear

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the issue.

The Secret Archive reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
